ABOUT US

Currently, our design studio is a team of 20 committed and experienced architects for whom work is a true passion. The studio, which is located in Warsaw’s Żoliborz district, is equipped with modern CAD and BIM design support software. Many years of experience allow us to implement the most demanding projects at various scales. Latergrupa Architekci can be proud of having completed and handed over for use over a dozen buildings in Poland.

Today Latergrupa is able to meet the most demanding tasks in the field of multi-discipline architectural and urban planning design. We manage projects professionally, maintaining high standards and dialogue with the Investor.

We consider each design task individually, taking into account the architectural and urban planning aspects, as well as the social, environmental and economic conditions.

We cooperate with a group of experienced consultants and engineers in order to have a comprehensive approach to each project, providing investors with full service – from the stage of initial analysis to obtaining the occupancy permit.

Our projects include residential buildings, shopping and service centers, public facilities, and historic building revitalizations.
